FL Enamel Factory's new product: Patek Philippe 5077P Micro-Painted Enamel Series Watch "The Stone Monster of Notre Dame Cathedral." The finished product boasts a 95% or higher reproduction rate of the original design, and the dial craftsmanship is 100% identical to the genuine article! The product utilizes the same techniques as the popular TikTok watchmaker "Daneng Enamel," and the finished product can be authenticated by any authoritative institution. Notre Dame Cathedral, devastated by fire, has become a focus of global discussion. With over 800 years of history, it has witnessed countless exciting and poignant moments; it is more than just a cathedral, but a treasure trove of human memory. Within Patek Philippe's Rare Handcrafts series, this limited-edition watch, inspired by Notre Dame Cathedral, holds immense commemorative significance. The elegant and versatile Calatrava round case is understated, and the 38.6mm case diameter is suitable for most men's wrist sizes, making it suitable for both business and casual occasions. The movement is a meticulously replicated Cal.240 movement, equipped with a custom-designed original two-hand micro-rotor movement, significantly reducing the failure rate. The movement comprises 315 parts, 12 bridges, and 45 jewels, oscillating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, with a maximum power reserve of 48 hours. Creating a miniature enamel dial requires a special sable brush (approximately half the thickness of a human hair) and a high-powered microscope for magnification. Each layer must be fired at high temperature (around 800°C) to deepen the color until it achieves a dazzling brilliance. During the process, variations in brush pressure, pigment changes, and temperature settings at different stages can all lead to problems such as discoloration, cracking, deformation, and air pockets, resulting in an extremely high scrap rate. However, the finished miniature enamel dial is impervious to the test of time, maintaining its vibrant color from the moment it was fired, and remaining unoxidized for millennia. This is why watches featuring miniature enamel, even those with simple functions, command astronomical prices. The production process of enamel dials is extremely complex and cannot be fully described here; for details, please consult various online resources. FL Enamel Factory promises that every dial sold is a genuine enamel dial, hand-painted under a high-powered microscope and then fired layer by layer in a grand feu flame, with craftsmanship identical to the original. Each finished product is unique, just like the genuine article! The endangered micro-painted enamel technique is meticulously recreated by FL Factory, and we welcome watch enthusiasts and horological experts to appreciate it (verification is available).
