Because the original alligator leather was two-tone, IM sacrificed the significant cost of two color adjustments to finally achieve a completely consistent color. Thirdly, the glass is thinner than ever before (thinner than the literal text). Due to the original glass's overall arched shape, thinness, and curved edges, its production was extremely difficult and resource-intensive.
