CLEAN factory/C factory Rolex 116519 Cement Grey Daytona with Tape. Features of this 116519 model: 1. Two identical cement grey Daytonas were purchased for mold making. One was disassembled for copying, and the other was kept as a spare for comparison with the sample. One is currently completely unusable, leaving only a intact dial. 2. Dial characteristics: The cement grey tone is achieved through vacuum PVD electroplating, not ordinary spray painting. The advantage of PVD is that the electroplating layer can be controlled at 2-4µm micrometers. It will not cover the sunburst pattern underneath. Ordinary spray painting is at least 100µm or more, which is 1-2 micrometers, resulting in unstable color and easy obscuring of the sunburst pattern. The black sunburst pattern in the center and the CD pattern on the edge of the chronograph eyepiece are molded exactly according to the genuine product. Detailed comparison pictures are below. 3. The hour markers have been fully upgraded. The flat surfaces are made sufficiently flat, and the rounded corners on the sides are retained, completely matching the original. 4. Regarding the glass: The original glass is not highly transparent; because it is flat glass, it is very prone to fingerprints. Therefore, overly transparent glass actually looks fake. We might upgrade to high-transparency glass later, as customers prefer it; this might be our last stand. 5: Because the case is a precious metal model, the four corners of the case back are engraved with 750/Saint Bernard dog heads. We put a lot of effort into replicating this part. See the detailed comparison photos below. The only missing element is a tuft of dog hair on the Saint Bernard dog head, which we haven't been able to replicate yet. This is a minor flaw. 6: The end links on both sides of the case are individually made. Compared to the standard 116500 steel case, this is undoubtedly the most costly part, completely disassembling the original and making a 1:1 replica. Perfectly interchangeable. 7: The strap uses C factory strap. This isn't a gimmick. See the detailed comparison photos below. 8: The strap buckle still uses an AR buckle. The opening and closing feel and details are consistent with the steel strap. C factory is surprisingly slow at making things, but we are carefully crafting every component, not just copying the official images. We only plan to release one model in cement gray this time. Because each new colorway will be accompanied by a comparison image of the real and fake versions to demonstrate the seriousness with which this Daytona model is handled. We hope everyone can be patient. All subsequent models are exquisite, and their prices will be slightly higher than competitors. It's a matter of personal opinion. We hope all watch enthusiasts can find their perfect watch when choosing a product, even if it's not from the C factory.
